The Return and Exchange policy of Kashmirwow  is formulated keeping in mind the need and requirement of the local and common people. There is no hidden terms and conditions for this. Everything is written clearly on the website. According to this policy, if you wish to return or exchange any item purchased from Kashmirwow.com, then it should be done within 7 days of  receipt.

Those who return any product, the amount will be credited automatically in the Kashmirwow  credit account which you can use for any further purchase.

We only ask that you don't use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging. You are welcomed to try on a product but please take adequate measure to preserve its condition.

• The return is to be done by the customer, currently, we don’t have reverse pickup service.
• The product reached to us will be inspected by the team, it should be in its original condition and without any damage or tempering.
• The Shipping address of Kashmirwow should be mentioned clearly on the package.

After the product reaches us we will credit the shipping costs in form of Kashmirwow points provided the product meets the return policy and you have shared scan copy of the courier receipt with us.

Note:- Please don’t accept the Parcel If the seal is broken.

We do not accept return if:-

1. The product should not be worn, washed or changed in any other way.
2. We are selling the unique arts and craft, these products have may slight variation in the design, color or the pattern, if replica de relogios same is your reason of the refund, we may not be able to refund the same.
3. The crafts that we emplace on the website are of standard quality and are not according to the personal likings in terms of design, color, and taste.
4. You are requested to contact the team kashmirwow for any doubts regarding the final purchase, we would appreciate you  to contact us on care@kashmirwow.com
5. In case you have purchased an item which has a free gift/offer associated with it and you wish to return the main item, then you will have to return the free product as well.
6. No Returns are acceptable for on sale products.
7.  The ‘Made to Order’ and other Customized orders are in no way eligible for cancellation. 
8. For self ship returns the refund for returned products will only be initiated if they pass through a quality check conducted at the warehouse. If the quality check fails the product will be reshipped back to you.

REPLACEMENTS

• Replacements will depend on the availability of the item.
• Replacements will be accepted for only those items which are found to be faulty/defective.
• Replacement will be initiated once we receive your item and pass it through the necessary quality checks.
• Items that you return for replacement should not be used, washed, altered/tampered or spoiled. All original packing, labels, tags, leaflets, manuals, warranty/guarantee cards, freebies, accessories such as belts, locks, straps, etc. should be intact. The courier will not accept your item in absence of these. 
• Food items are non-refundable and non-replaceable.
• Items sold as sets/combos cannot be exchanged or returned individually.

Note: -

           In case the replacement item is out of stock, we will refund your amount.

Mode Of  Refund

You must select the mode of refund. Kashmirwow has announced a 24 hour refund policy for products purchased via cash on delivery(CoD). The refund will be made via Immediate Payment System(IMPS) transfer. Kashmirwow has claimed it to be of its kind innovative for e commerce payments, where users will get a refund within 24 hours of returning the product. Once we receive the original item, we will do quality check within 2 days and initiate refund. - For prepaid orders, it will be initiated immediately to card/bank account. Your bank will take a maximum of 7 to 10 business days to credit this amount.  You can also choose Kashmirwow credit. The amount will be credited within 1 hour to Kashmirwow.  The amount credited  can’t be withdrawn in the form of cash or transferred to any bank account. It can only be used for purchases on Kashmirwow.com the refund is valid for 1 years.

Cancellation

The orders will be canceled only if the order is not shipped, if the order is shipped we can not cancel the order.
If the order placed  is prepaid and has not been shipped yet, please contact us at care@kashmirwow.com well in time, so that we can refund your full amount.
Once the order is shipped, you will not be entitled for refund.

Product Disclaimer

Most of  the products on kashmirwow.com are handmade,  hand woven and intricately crafted, due to this there may be slight variations in color and embellishment of the actual product against that as shown on the website. This is due to the nature of fabric dyes, weather at the time of dying and differences in display outputs due to lighting, digital photography, color settings and displaying capabilities of computer monitors, laptops or the mobile devices that you may be using. If an order is subjected to any damage, manufacturing defect or fault from our side, send a mail at care@kashmirwow.com and once we verify the same, we will refund your order in full amount.
